There is a lot of turmoil going on in the India cricket team today. Some time ago Rohit Sharma was made the captain of ODI matches, and it was informed that Virat Kohli has stepped back from the captaincy of ODI matches of his own free will.

But later it was revealed that Virat Kohli is not backing down from the captaincy of his ODI matches, and forcibly Rohit Sharma has been given the captaincy in ODI matches by the BCCI’s selection committee.

On top of this, the former head coach of the Indian cricket team, Ravi Shastri also gave some thoughts on the captaincy of Rohit Sharma and he told that an opening batsman never keeps himself surprised and in pain based on the situation of the match. He does what is good for the team.

The former head coach of the Indian cricket team said that Rohit Sharma is an opening batsman in the Indian cricket team, and he does not surprise himself on the basis of the situation during the match and what he does to win things and for the good of the team. Do the best you can. And that’s what an opening batsman should do, he should do whatever is good for the team.

Rohit Sharma has been given the captaincy for the upcoming three ODIs for full-time limited-over matches by the BCCI’s selection committee this Wednesday. And after taking this captaincy from Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma will be seen captaining the South Africa cricket team in the series match of the ODI match.

This decision taken by the BCCI was appreciated by this comment of former all-rounder Ravi Shastri of the Indian cricket team.

Rohit Sharma is the most successful IPL captain today and he has also achieved success in international captaincy. In his cricket career till now, Rohit Sharma has captained the Indian cricket team in 32 limited-overs matches and has won 26 matches out of 32 matches and they including Nidahas Trophy and Asia Cup 2018.

Today Rohit Sharma has been declared the captain of the Indian cricket team for ODI and T20 matches. And has been declared the Vice-Captain in the Test match, for which he has replaced Ajinkya Rahane.

It shows that a big change is about to come in the Indian cricket team and some changes have already taken place.

The selectors in the Indian cricket team want Rohit Sharma can get a chance to make his team in his T20 World Cup 2022 and ODI World Cup 2023. And get full-time.

Rohit Sharma will also have to work in complete harmony with the new head coach of the Indian cricket team, Rahul Dravid, and he will work very closely with him.

Under the coaching of Rahul Dravid, the resulting team defeated New Zealand in a spectacular manner and they beat New Zealand 1–0, where they beat New Zealand both in T20 Internationals and in Test matches.
